Reverse-engineer existing configurations, workflows, automations, and integrations.
Build custom tooling, scripts, and integrations where vendor-supported solutions fall short.
Write and maintain scripts in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or comparable languages.
Validate data integrity and migration accuracy using SQL.
Own technical solutions and execution on Atlassian engagements.
Translate technical decisions, risks, and tradeoffs into actionable guidance for stakeholders.

Extensive hands-on technical experience in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience.
Linux and Windows systems administration — permissions, services, startup processes, and troubleshooting.
SSH and remote infrastructure management in hybrid or cloud environments.
REST and GraphQL APIs — building, consuming, and debugging integrations.
Python, PowerShell, Bash, or comparable languages — writing real, working code, not just modifying samples.
SQL — validating data integrity across migrations.
Ability to communicate technical decisions and tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
