Role Overview
Define and execute the overall sales strategy
Lead, coach, develop, and motivate the Canadian Sales Team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Own the forecasting process
Monitor and analyze business performance
Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
Lead top-to-top customer engagement
Drive sales capability development
Requirements
7+ years of managerial experience in Sales
Strong preference for B2B experience
Experience in healthcare and/or hospitality channels
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams
Strong financial acumen, including managing sales performance and P&L responsibilities
Working knowledge of supply chain processes, production, and product development
Strong track record of turning around businesses
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
