Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for Leica’s LNT products across South Korea.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Manage channel partners, build/maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed business goals.
Cover the entire country and requires frequent domestic travel, along with occasional international travel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a life science, bioengineering, or related field
Strong self-motivation and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive business growth in a dynamic market environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales and customer support
Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of customers such as universities, research institutes, hospitals, and industrial clients.
Willingness to learn basic EM imaging workflows; prior experience is helpful, but a learning mindset is equally valued
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, tenders, and key accounts in various fields (e.g., core facilities, universities, hospitals, industrial sectors); results-driven mindset with funnel conversion experience using SFDC or other CRMs
Comfortable using English in written communication and occasional meetings. Full fluency is not required; openness to improve is appreciated.
