Role Overview
Own full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels
Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key media-focused client
Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and drive hiring priorities
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
Conduct candidate screening and interviews through to offer stage
Maintain accurate hiring data, reporting, and pipeline tracking within ATS
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring
Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions
Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered
Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills
Ability to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple active searches
