West End Workforce is a unique recruiting firm built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. As a Senior Engineering/Data Center Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build relationships with clients and candidates, and stay informed on industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering/Data Center Recruiting: The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing Engineering/Data Center professional candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding activities
- Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and candidates to understand their unique needs and deliver exceptional solutions
- Market Expertise: Stay up to date on industry trends, labor market insights, and innovative recruiting strategies
- Collaboration: Work closely with our supportive team, contributing to a culture of teamwork, transparency, and excellence
Requirements:
- 7+ years in recruiting or staffing with experience focused on Data Center, HVAC, and other Engineering roles
- Proven track record of success in placing candidates and building client relationships
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and thinking outside the box
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people and businesses thrive
- Proficient with recruiting tools, ATS systems (We use Tracker), AI resources, and social media platforms for sourcing talent
- Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently while thriving in a team environment
- Canadian experience would be valuable, but is not required
