Sr. Engineering/Data Center Recruiter

West End Workforce is a unique recruiting firm built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. As a Senior Engineering/Data Center Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build relationships with clients and candidates, and stay informed on industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Engineering/Data Center Recruiting: The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing Engineering/Data Center professional candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding activities
• Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and candidates to understand their unique needs and deliver exceptional solutions
• Market Expertise: Stay up to date on industry trends, labor market insights, and innovative recruiting strategies
• Collaboration: Work closely with our supportive team, contributing to a culture of teamwork, transparency, and excellence

Requirements:

• 7+ years in recruiting or staffing with experience focused on Data Center, HVAC, and other Engineering roles
• Proven track record of success in placing candidates and building client relationships
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and thinking outside the box
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people and businesses thrive
• Proficient with recruiting tools, ATS systems (We use Tracker), AI resources, and social media platforms for sourcing talent
• Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently while thriving in a team environment
• Canadian experience would be valuable, but is not required
