Develop and execute the ONE.After Sales marketing strategy to drive Genuine Parts sales, EasyDrive Vehicle Plan uptake, customer loyalty, dealer throughput, and overall business growth.
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, Marketing Communications, and external partners.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across departments and dealer networks to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, customer and dealer insights, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Lead communication and liaison activities between ONE.After Sales, dealers, and Volkswagen AG After Sales Marketing, while supporting strategic projects and business objectives.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management
A digital marketing qualification would be advantageous.
A minimum of four (4) years general marketing experience that includes digital marketing.
Previous experience in After Sales Marketing environment will be advantageous.
