Working Student – Labour Relations, Labour Law

Role Overview

• Support within the Labour Relations team in preparing and following up on meetings related to projects and/or negotiations with works councils
• Communication, administration and filing of all relevant documents
• Conduct legal research activities, particularly in the area of employment law and works constitution law
• Assist in preparing employment law issues, decision papers and presentations (e.g. for committee meetings)
• Maintain the intranet presence
• Collaborate in cross-team projects and participate in team workshops

Requirements

• Ongoing degree with a legal focus
• Knowledge of collective labour law is desirable
• High motivation, reliability, accuracy and ability to work independently
• Good skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ideally, experience with MS SharePoint and Jira
