Role Overview

• definition and execution of State Street’s strategy for Transfer Agency across regions
• managing and growing the business to expand wallet share
• working closely with peers in global sales, operational teams, and global product organizations
• analyzing and communicating client requirements
• determining growth opportunities
• directing a portion of the strategic investment budget
• delivering on financial goals for the business
• developing leadership and governance capability as a senior member of the Luxembourg management team

Requirements

• 15+ years experience desirable
• Depth of experience in TA required; either from asset servicing, Big4 consulting or directly within Asset Management Companies or institutional investors
• Strong industry network
• Outstanding Leadership skills
