Role Overview
- You will become the ALB reference for your area.
- Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, unique or unconventional accommodations, etc.).
- Operations: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — your desire to learn and commitment to doing things well matter most.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
