About this role
Role Overview
- You become ALB's primary point of contact in your area.
- Development: Identify and bring new properties under management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations, etc.).
- Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Flexibility: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You know how to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and commitment to quality are what matter.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
