In close collaboration with our HR Analytics colleague, stay on top of hiring plans and recruiting expenses
Leverage recruiting analytics and market insights to drive data-informed decisions, optimize performance, and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
Stay on top of latest recruiting trends and tools on the market and drive best practice Talent Acquisition together with your team
Continuously evolve NavVis’ recruiting infrastructure, processes, and employer positioning to support the company’s next stage of growth
Requirements
Proven experience leading recruiting teams in fast-paced, international environments
A data-driven mindset with new, creative approaches, and experience in optimizing established processes on a daily basis
A strategic, business-oriented approach to recruiting with the ability to balance business needs, candidate experience, and long-term talent quality
Proven experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across different functions and levels
Strong analytical skills and confidence using recruiting data and insights to drive decisions and improvements
Solid knowledge of German employment practices relevant to recruiting, ideally combined with exposure to international hiring environments
A mindset that views recruiting as a business function, not an order-taker
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
