Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with full ownership: from strategic alignment meetings with hiring managers, sourcing actively for candidates, job advertising, screening CVs, interviewing to managing offers
Gain valuable experience in searching & attracting candidates for a whole range of roles: from Engineering to Project Management, Finance, Procurement, Sales, People, Supply Chain etc., together with the opportunity to make an impact on key ramp-ups for the business

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5-6+ years recruitment or professional background experience in technical and business etc.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and candidates in a demanding environment
Outstanding project and program management skills; productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proven experience of establishing, maintaining and developing working relationships at all levels
Command strong verbal and written fluency in English.
