Collaborate with existing teams to address LumApps' HR challenges.
Post, update and monitor job openings across our various job boards.
Source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn to find the best profiles for LumApps.
Review applications and conduct screening/qualification interviews.
Coordinate the full recruitment process in French and/or English (scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers).
Contribute to delivering the best possible candidate experience.
Maintain and nurture our pool of qualified talent in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Participate in or produce video content about roles or employee testimonials: interviewing people, defining and validating scripts, filming, etc.
Propose content for publication on our internal communication platforms.
Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to share creative messages on our social channels to raise brand awareness and position LumApps as an employer of choice.

Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international or fast-growing environment.
People-oriented, solution-focused mindset with strong emphasis on delivering a high-quality experience.
Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience with an ATS (we use Teamtailor).
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Nice to have: prior experience in a European or multi-country HR role.
Experience working with external payroll and legal providers.
