Focus on maximizing resources to build and deepen one-on-one relationships with PPKey’s top donors and best prospects
Conducts face-to-face fundraising solicitations and stewardship visits with current and prospective major donors
Drives and proactively manages the donor pipeline, making strategic decisions about moves management, including prospects, gift amounts, stewardship
Collaborates with Vice President of Development regarding prospects, gift amounts and solicitation techniques
Drives the relationship with PPFA Donor Intelligence Team on research requests

Travel 25% of time within the state of Pennsylvania
Reliable means of transportation
Five to seven years related development experience
Fluent and experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), browser-based applications and relational databases
Salesforce, Raiser's Edge or other CRM technology experience
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in nonprofit fundraising, sales, business, communications or related field
Experience with direct donor solicitation, or work with high-net worth individuals
Experience navigating complex or federated organizations
Experience with donor prospecting and research tools
