Manages and leads key programs/Projects and Requirements involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the IT development and implementation process for multiple products or service offerings for a Global Business Unit.
Directs the development of overall program strategy.
Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall outcomes.
Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management as well as partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.
Monitors and enforces project schedules and quality with vendors or subcontractors.
Coordinates with the Projects and Program managers the risk and issues, actively part of building the solution.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing engineering organization.
Once IT deliver the solution, is executing Primary test to secure quality of the work completed by IT under the test governance.
Coordinates with management to ensure proper procedural compliance, maintenance, and safety practices are followed for new and existing equipment.
Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.
Requirements
Master level a minimum of 10 years of project/Program management experience including 3 years of systems and tools deployment (SAP, but also other tools will be valuable as well as CS biz process and or Supply Chain and Finance)
Must have solid understanding and working experience with project management principles and AGILE methodology
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines

Must have working experience complex cross-functional programs requiring precise coordination
Strong communication skills

Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast, paced, highly fluid environment
Ability to gather and quickly analyze complex information; extract and communicate salient points, clear issue statements
Proven expertise in tactical execution and resource planning -> ability to plan for different scenarios and assess/match/secure resources to execute plans
Rigorous, analytical, structured, organized – strong planning abilities and disposed to think ahead of the current Systems orientation
Excellent Microsoft data productivity tool practice (Excel, PowerPoint), Data Bases
S4, SVG knowledge will be also considered.
