Stop Loss Administration Specialist

Role Overview

• Responsible for administration of all aspects of stop loss account business
• Expected to meet or exceed departmental metrics for key production responsibilities
• Provides excellent customer service and sales support
• Assists in the implementation of new products and initiatives
• Drives implementation of process improvements to existing administrative processes

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Stop loss administration experience preferred
• Strong analytic thinking
• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to perform independently and adjust to changing work environments
