Our Solutions Engineer will be a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing an accurate technical solution and expertise.
The engineer in this role takes part in the activities for Infobip’s customers product proposals, deployments, connectivity and integrations, improvement of their current implementations, solution design and delivery.
In order to deliver the desired business results, Solution Engineers collaborate with the regional teams and act as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.
Have a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip’s products and solutions.
Understand the customers’ businesses, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.
Integrate Infobip Products into our clients’ systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP and other solutions over CPaaS, SaaS services).
Can identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products and solutions.
Have an excellent understanding of the business and are up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.
Can build a solid relationship with our sales and technical teams so they consider you an asset and enjoy working with you.
Conduct demos, POCs and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and document with meeting minutes summaries.
Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction during the implementation of the project.
Collect the technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans.
Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation.
Handle the technical and security questionnaires.
Ensuring that all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
The engineer on this level focuses on learning Infobip’s products and solutions as well as the business processes.
Requirements
Experience in technical implementation, solution delivery, technical consulting, or project-based roles.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) — required for both client engagement and day-to-day collaboration with internal teams across the region.
Strong communication and presentation skills — able to communicate assertively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and to confidently lead training sessions, workshops, and client consultations.
Experience working with technical projects end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live.
Ability to engage in presales conversations — understanding client needs and connecting business requirements to technical solutions.
Ability to read and work with technical documentation and understand integration concepts at a functional level.
Problem-solving mindset — proactive, resilient, and comfortable finding solutions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Degree in engineering, IT, systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with CPaaS platforms or communication technologies such as SMS, chatbots, contact centers, or omnichannel solutions.
