Infrastructure and Operations Analyst, Junior

Role Overview

• Monitor production environments and applications, proactively identifying incidents and performance degradation.
• Analyze logs, metrics and system behavior using observability tools.
• Support incident troubleshooting in collaboration with development, QA and infrastructure teams.
• Execute operational routines and adjustments via automated jobs.
• Create and maintain dashboards and alerts for operational monitoring and KPI visibility.
• Participate in the support and operation of critical environments.
• Assist with technical documentation, operational procedures and continuous improvement.
• Participate in deployments, validations and post-production monitoring.

Requirements

• Technical or university degree in Information Technology or related areas.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of infrastructure, networking and monitoring.
• Experience with log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
