Track and report global cash KPIs, including transportation costs, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and reconciliation performance
Drive initiatives to reduce transportation and cash inventory costs without compromising service quality
Support the deployment globally of cash management systems
Oversee ATM cash forecasting processes to ensure optimal availability and minimize stockouts
Serve as the global subject matter expert for cash management, providing guidance and support to local teams

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
10+ years of experience in cash management, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong knowledge of cash supply chain design, inventory management, and forecasting methodologies
Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization in complex, multi-country environments
Experience with technology-driven solutions (AI/ML forecasting, automation, routing optimization)
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a global organization.
