Conversation management & qualification: You conduct structured initial conversations, listen attentively, and identify your interlocutors' challenges and whether hellomed is the right solution for them.
Learning path through the full sales cycle: You actively participate in product demos, price negotiations and contract closings — directly alongside our experienced sales staff and founders.
Contact management & development: You maintain your contacts in our CRM in a structured way and actively contribute your market insights to improve our sales processes.
Requirements
Sales mentality: You want to win — finding excuses for why something can’t be done bores you.
Self-motivation: You know what needs to be done next without being told.
Ambitious willingness to learn: You don’t just want to start — you want to improve faster than most.
Strong communication skills: You can listen, build trust and persuade people — on the phone as well as in person.
Curiosity about the care sector (nursing): You don’t need prior industry knowledge, but you’re willing to engage seriously with what care professionals face daily and speak to them on equal terms.
Technical openness: You quickly get to grips with new (AI) software solutions and see digital processes as a tool, not a hurdle.
Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required. Graduates, career starters and career changers with drive are explicitly welcome.
