Provide intensive support to individual accounts and deliver specialized therapeutic consultation to the rheumatology community in hospitals and outpatient practices
Analyze and evaluate market data; conduct market and potential analyses
Implement company strategy and take measures to ensure target achievement
Develop account plans and use the budget responsibly in cooperation with Medical, Marketing and other regions
Execute account strategies and plans in compliance with all regulations and codes
Closely coordinate and collaborate with internal interfaces regarding stakeholder insights and information
Develop innovative training and continuing education concepts that address current customer needs
Participate in congresses, sponsorships and events for customer engagement
Requirements
Degree in business administration, natural sciences or a comparable qualification
Several years of field-based experience supporting specialists in hospitals and private practice
Experience in rheumatologic or autoimmune indications or other specialty care areas
Knowledge of health policy contexts
Confident presence with persuasiveness and enthusiasm
Strong communication skills and a high level of commitment
Openness to multiple communication channels (Omni-Channel)
Ability to take responsibility and work proactively
Solid knowledge of CRM systems such as MicroStrategy and Veeva
Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
