Attracting and engaging prospective participants for our shared mission
Operational support of participants through all phases up to course start
Structured management of CRM data maintenance and consistent execution of follow-up activities
Support with applying for education vouchers and communication with employment agencies
Ensuring a positive candidate experience by being continuously available for inquiries

Strong communication skills and openness in active engagement with prospective participants
Motivation driven by clear targets and a dynamic team environment
Structured, independent working style and the ability to prioritize incoming applications
Some practical experience in advisory B2C sales, customer service, or hospitality
Basic understanding of the structures of employment agencies and job centers is an advantage
Confident use of Google tools such as Docs, Sheets and Gmail, and initial exposure to CRM systems
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
