Provide complete project field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of assigned projects
Champion of project safety
Responsible for creation, maintenance, and accurate reporting of the Project Schedule
Responsible for coordination of all site construction activities for the project
Ensure coordination of installation between trades
Provide key field leadership and responsibility for planning and all trades
Monitor and author Daily Reports for accuracy and compliance
Manage the implementation of the Project Quality Assurance plan
Attend project update meetings and communicate overall project health
Support in measuring the project's progress
Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements and all required permits
Work with project team to ensure startup and commissioning activities are implemented

At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction (higher education, healthcare)
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera)
