Lead the execution of the Thailand market strategy plan, including implementing the business plan covering partnerships, distribution, and growth strategy.
Build and manage relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and ecosystem players in the Thailand market.
Negotiate commercial partnerships, product distribution agreements, and integration arrangements.
Develop a strong product lineup from insurer partners to ensure competitive offerings in the market.
Lead the launch of the platform, working closely with product and engineering teams to develop features, integrations, and customer journeys.
Drive product iteration and execution to strengthen product–market fit.
Establish effective operating processes, cadence, and reporting structures to support strong growth and operational performance.
Represent the group with insurers, regulators, partners, media, and key stakeholders.
Build and lead a high-performing team with a strong ownership culture and execution mindset.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies.
Highly analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in very fast-paced, adaptive, and high-intensity environments.
Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships.
Strong leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
Understanding of the Thailand insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape is a plus.
Preference for candidates holding a valid Non-Life Insurance Broker License
