Role Overview
Lead implementation projects for new and existing clients from kickoff through go-live, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and client requirements are completed on schedule
Partner directly with clients to gather business requirements, identify operational needs, and align implementation plans to their objectives
Apply business analysis techniques, implementation tools, and standard templates to document requirements, manage project activities, and support solution configuration
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, service, and support to resolve implementation issues and support a successful launch
Analyze client business processes and recommend solution approaches that address operational challenges and support adoption of Fiserv solutions
Facilitate client meetings, document decisions and action items, and provide clear status updates throughout the implementation lifecycle
Monitor risks, troubleshoot implementation issues, and drive timely resolution to support delivery commitments and client satisfaction
Requirements
4+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, project support, or onboarding roles working directly with external clients
4+ years of experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting solution delivery in a financial services or technology environment
Experience with branch front-end functions and financial services processes, including bank operations, teller, new account, automated teller machine (ATM), and item processing
Experience using Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation, reporting, and client communications
Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs, troubleshoot issues, and communicate implementation status and next steps in written and verbal formats
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
