About this role
Role Overview
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Lead discovery conversations to uncover client marketing challenges, goals, and business needs
Track all activity and pipeline performance in CRM systems
Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech and digital marketing
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
Build, nurture and grow relationships with clients to drive repeated business and long-term partnerships
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking) targeting decision-makers
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Undertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development and sales, ideally within a digital marketing agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing services
Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
Experience working with clients in forex, CFD, fintech, or financial services is highly preferred
Ability to manage multiple active deals through the full sales cycle to conversion
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business expansion
Skills:
Strong ability to manage high-value pipelines and consistently achieve targets
Forecasting & data analysis to support accurate sales planning and strategy
Strong communication and influence skills, including presentations and proposal development
Negotiation skills in commercial discussions and deal closure
Market insight and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
Customer success management with a focus on retention and ensuring client satisfaction
