Manage a team on all commercial aspects of the relationship, while partnering with Client Success to ensure the client is successful with all Bazaarvoice products to ultimately retain and grow the Bazaarvoice relationship.
Identify and build opportunities to grow your team's business and apply a strategic, detail-oriented approach, with a clear demand generation plan and process in partnership with the Marketing and SDR organisations
Partner with internal stakeholders and the client to deliver a joint strategic plan to enable the client to achieve programme success which delivers against their strategic objectives.

Requirements
5+ years relative experience in software, SaaS, or MarTech
Ability to coach on identifying target accounts, appropriate contacts within that account, and formulate strategies to both renew and generate incremental revenue
Ability to lead and coach a team on generating, qualifying, and executing on renewals and opportunities in order to exceed revenue targets
Ability to build a trusted and long relationships
including building new partner relationships
A strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors
Adaptability to change, proactive problem solving, growth mindset
Proven ability to articulate a vision that resonates with the customer and demonstrates value, whilst matching that to true customer needs our solutions can answer
Effectively create and articulates ROI in the negotiation process to bring the upmost value to both the consumer and Bazaarvoice
