Requirements
Advanced / Fluent English communication skills (near-native preferred)
Must currently live in Guadalajara, Jalisco
Valid US Visa (required)
3+ years of experience in:
Business Development
Client Growth
Strategic Partnerships
Experience meeting sales metrics, growth KPIs, or commercial goals
Experience building customer relationships and driving business outcomes
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
Experience managing customer relationships throughout the full customer lifecycle, including post-sale follow-up, customer engagement, retention, and long-term partnership development
Experience supporting customers beyond acquisition through relationship management, account growth, customer care, adoption, or ongoing customer success initiatives
Experience with one or more of the following:
New business generation
Customer acquisition
Account expansion
Upsell / cross-sell
Revenue growth initiatives
Customer retention
Book of business ownership
Portfolio management
Renewals
Customer lifecycle ownership
CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
