Support the daily process of assignment and acquisition of performing payroll-deductible loan portfolios from other financial institutions or funds
Monitor key indicators, targets and OKRs related to the performance of acquired portfolios; prepare management materials and organize follow-up forums and meetings
Support reconciliation of remittances for acquired transactions, including any prepayments and delinquencies
Support commercial negotiations with partner originators (banking correspondents) and financial institutions transferring the acquired loans
Support contractual discussions for structured transactions with originating partners and/or transferors
Ensure the integrity of the daily credit portfolio acquisition process, guaranteeing adherence to eligibility criteria, receipt of supporting documentation, and settlement of transactions within agreed timelines
Prepare presentations and financial models to price acquired portfolios

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
Experience in financial institutions, FIDCs (credit receivables investment funds), and/or treasury and funding areas
Advanced financial mathematics
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Clear and objective communication, analytical profile, and a business-oriented mindset
Desired experience extracting and manipulating data using SQL/Power Query
ANBIMA certification (e.g., CPA, CEA)
