About this role
Role Overview
Ensure the best possible experience for customers, from onboarding through daily adoption, providing proactive guidance for optimal use of the platform
Conduct onboarding, follow-up routines, and communications with our new clients
Assist the product team in the platform’s continuous improvement by gathering customer feedback and seeking ways to increase engagement and delivered value
Monitor KPIs and prevent churn across the customer portfolio
Identify more efficient ways to accelerate customer implementation journeys, using technology, automation, and AI to speed adoption and reduce friction in deployment
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Previous experience in customer experience operations, preferably at technology or SaaS companies (a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Investigative and curious mindset for problem solving
Interest in and familiarity with AI and automation tools, applying them daily to increase productivity and improve processes
Empathy to understand and guide customers
Strong organizational and time-management skills
