About this role
Role Overview
Ensure the best experience for customers from onboarding through daily adoption, proactively providing guidance for optimal use of the platform
Conduct onboarding, follow-up routines and communications with our new customers
Support the product team in the continuous improvement of the platform by collecting customer feedback and identifying ways to increase engagement and delivered value
Monitor KPIs and work to prevent churn across the customer portfolio
Seek more efficient ways to unblock customers' implementation journeys, leveraging technology, automation and AI to accelerate adoption and reduce friction in implementation
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Previous experience in customer experience operations, preferably at technology or SaaS companies (a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Investigative, curious mindset and problem-solving orientation
Interest in and familiarity with AI and automation tools, using them in daily work to increase productivity and improve processes
Empathy to understand and guide customers
Strong organizational and time-management skills
