Analyze existing and planned processes together with process owners
Translate process requirements into Jira, Confluence and JSM configurations
Develop and continuously improve workflow concepts
Document implemented workflows, configuration decisions and usage instructions
Identify gaps between current process execution and tool usage and propose pragmatic improvements
Design and implement templates, boards, spaces and onboarding workflows within the Atlassian suite
Run workshops to gather requirements and validate workflow proposals
Coordinate with architecture, IAM, platform and security stakeholders regarding process-oriented tool requirements
Contribute to the evaluation of plug-ins and extensions

Proven experience translating business and process requirements into Atlassian-based workflows and configurations (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
Strong understanding of Jira workflow design: issue types, fields, transitions, permissions, boards, dashboards and automations
Experience analyzing process landscapes and deriving tool-based solutions
Solid understanding of product delivery methods (Scrum, SAFe, multi-release management or platform engineering)
Ability to produce clear documentation, templates and onboarding materials
Fluent English, spoken and written (at least C1).
