Provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support to existing and potential customers
Build and maintain solid customer relationships and provide customer training at all levels
Responsible for key customer reports as required to support Medtronic Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery products and services
Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and other Surgical Synergy team members for on-site installations with our customers
Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance
Maintain system hardware and software to maximize system performance
Install software and hardware upgrades
Perform system preventative maintenance
Provide telephone clinical support to customers
Act as the primary Medtronic customer liaison for repair and technical support issues

High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
Associate’s Degree with a minimum 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
RT and/or MRI certification
Prior experience with Image Guided Systems
Prior experience with MRI Operating room experience
