Develop a strategy to build and maintain active Reddit profiles through consistent, high-quality participation
Identify and engage in relevant subreddits and emerging conversations
Write discussion-based comments and responses aligned with community norms, in collaboration with internal teams and experts
Contribute in a helpful, human, and non-promotional manner
Monitor engagement (e.g., karma, responses) and track recurring themes, questions, and sentiment
Support light experimentation with content formats and engagement approaches
Provide regular insights on community behavior, trends, and opportunities to inform broader strategies

Demonstrated experience using Reddit actively (posting, commenting, engaging in threads)
currently active Redditor
Strong understanding of Reddit culture, tone, and moderation dynamics
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt voice across contexts
Ability to work independently and manage multiple streams of activity
Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish (required)

Nice to haves:

Experience in community management, digital and/or strategic communications, or audience engagement
Familiarity with working across multiple online personas or accounts
Experience tracking online conversations and extracting insights
Genuine interest in topics related to the environment, climate change and energy
Portuguese and/or French languages are an asset
