Role Overview
- own the knowledge management environment end to end
- define architecture and establish governance
- maintain day-to-day content quality
- build and implement AI agent integrations
- drive adoption of technology solutions and workflow automation tools
- develop metrics and analytics for knowledge usage and platform health
Requirements
- deep operational expertise within a corporate legal, risk or compliance department or a specialised legal operations environment
- hands-on experience with Confluence (or similar) as more than just a wiki
- experience leading the selection, implementation, and management of AI technology solutions
- strong capability to analyse and translate metrics into clear strategic insights
- outstanding communication skills to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- collaborative approach to navigate change and simplify operational challenges
