Responsible for preparatory payroll processing and close collaboration with tax consultants
Responsible for the accurate maintenance and timeliness of all personnel master data, vacation and absences, and all relevant HR documents
Point of contact for employees on questions regarding pay, contracts, absences and HR processes
Drafting of contracts, certificates and other personnel documents
Correspondence with authorities and social insurance institutions
Driving strategic HR projects such as pay transparency, benefits optimization or compensation structures
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification in payroll accounting, HR or payroll — alternatively a degree in business administration, HR or a comparable field
Several years of experience in HR, particularly in preparatory payroll accounting or payroll
Experience in contract management and knowledge of creating and managing employment contracts, amendments and certificates
Solid knowledge of labor law, social security regulations and payroll tax law
Structured, deadline-driven working style with high attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, hands-on mentality as a team player
Proactive, process-oriented approach to continuously improving HR processes
Fluent German and good written and spoken English
