Role Overview
- Plan, monitor and execute import and export processes
- Establish necessary contacts and prepare documentation in compliance with national and international regulations
- Oversee the entire process to ensure customs clearance and provide required information
- Review import documents prior to shipment
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, carriers, insurers, and international customers and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- Specialization in foreign trade or extended training in related areas preferred
- Intermediate English (B1)
- Experience with foreign trade procedures and knowledge of customs legislation applied to the Manaus Free Trade Zone (ZFM)
- Familiarity with the Foreign Trade System (Siscomex), the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), and SUFRAMA
