Role Overview
- Drafting and handling administrative defenses against tax assessment notices involving collection of indirect and direct taxes;
- Working on matters related to tax litigation routines, with emphasis on both judicial and administrative proceedings;
- Collaborating with other team members, different departments within the firm, and clients to understand and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Law degree (graduated between 2015 and 2017) and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Postgraduate degree in Tax Law preferred;
- Experience in tax litigation (administrative and judicial);
- Intermediate to advanced English;
- Energetic/dynamic;
- Organized;
