Will be part of a product team within the technology department, working on strategic projects involving digital solutions
The main focus will be product management and the entire product lifecycle, applying Product Management best practices in multidisciplinary teams
Act as Product Owner with ownership of the backlog and value-driven prioritization
Define product vision, roadmap, release strategy and manage the end-to-end lifecycle (E2E)
Strong experience in continuous discovery, problem definition, hypothesis validation and building customer-centered solutions
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria
Drive strategic decisions based on data, product metrics and business KPIs
Experience in senior-level stakeholder management, influencing business areas, technology teams and executive leadership
Requirements
Experience in stakeholder management
Experience working with agile teams and at least 2 years as a Product Owner
Advanced conversational English is mandatory
Preferred: CSPO or PSPO certification
Experience in the automotive sector or large enterprises
Desired profile: skills in negotiation, prioritization and expectation management
Strong sense of ownership for quality and delivery
Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Continuous interest in learning, innovation and product best practices
Education: Higher education in progress or completed, or related courses relevant to the role
