Connect brand strategy, content, PR and performance, ensuring consistency in communication and driving the results of our annual calendar activations.
Provide hands-on agency experience by managing all campaign processes, leading internal workflows and acting as the strategic bridge between the creative team and other business areas.
Strategic Campaign Planning: Design and strategically structure the brand’s main campaigns, defining objectives, key concepts and a high-level execution roadmap to ensure relevance and business impact.
Ecosystem Management: Orchestrate the interface between the agency and the in-house team, raising creative standards and ensuring the final deliverable is strictly aligned with the defined strategy.
360° Integration: Lead strategic alignment with Creative, Production, PR, Events and Store Experience, ensuring unity, complete coherence and synergy across touchpoints.
Influence and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the focal point for partner areas, defending brand guidelines and ensuring technical execution does not dilute the strategic concept.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
Strong background in strategic planning and communications.
Creative mindset.
Ability to pitch ideas, present strategies to senior leadership and articulate complex concepts clearly, assertively and inspiringly.
Previous experience in agencies.
Analytical profile with a creative outlook.
