Requirements

- 5+ years of experience, though alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills are welcome
- Strong understanding of the European advertising ecosystem
- Confidence owning complex deal cycles from RFP response to post-campaign analysis
- Thoughtful application of AI to enhance work processes
- Clarity and influence in communication tailored for senior client stakeholders
- Purposeful collaboration across global teams
