About this role
Role Overview
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Partner with sales leadership to align marketing strategies with revenue goals
Collaborate with Branch and Dealer teams, product management, and agencies to deliver impactful retail marketing programs
Coordinate the development of digital, web, and social media content to support lead generation and brand positioning
Manage marketing communications projects for Latin America, ensuring timelines and processes are followed
Support development and ongoing improvement of Branch and Dealer websites
Create internal communications plans to build awareness and support for marketing initiatives
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs
Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Ensure marketing efforts enhance the company’s visibility, positioning, and customer engagement
Represent Latin America within the Global Marketing Organization
Align regional programs with global strategies and best practices
Promote consistency in processes and effective use of marketing technology
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in project workflows and approvals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Communications) along with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is a plus
International experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success
Excellent written and verbal communications, in both English and Spanish
Excellent grammar, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team
Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines
Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience developing and managing budgets.
