International Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

• Assist the sales team to support retail growth goals
• Provide day to day assistance and responsible for delivering activation plans and updates
• Own set up forms process for retail needs
• Work closely with copy and creative teams to brief, chase and help move projects to completion
• Supervise and audit retail Product Detail Pages and exposure on retailer sites
• Support execution of retail marketing programs and in-store activations
• Manage, order and track product comp needs
• Create and track purchase orders, ensuring expenses are accurately coded
• Organize and maintain internal filing systems and key documents

Requirements

• Education: BA or BS required, ideally in business or marketing
• 1+ year of administrative or coordinator experience
• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented self-starter
• Resourceful — able to think of creative ways to get things done proactively
• Experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects
• Curiosity of the beauty landscape across various product categories
