Develop and grow commercial accounts within your territory
Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship development
Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance agents/adjusters, commercial real estate professionals, and other key referral partners
Maintain consistent in-person meetings, site visits, and networking activity
Identify opportunities for emergency restoration and reconstruction services
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process
Represent Paul Davis professionally in the community and at industry events
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reporting
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Requirements
2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
Experience in restoration, reconstruction, construction, commercial services, roofing, facilities management, or insurance-related industries preferred
Existing relationships within commercial property management, insurance, or facilities industries is a plus
Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales goals
CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally within territory
