Pipeline ownership: You are accountable for the marketing-generated pipeline (not just leads) and optimize the customer journey from first touchpoint to demo.
Build the engine: You design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, outbound support) and translate our positioning into scalable campaign frameworks.
Funnel optimization: You identify and close gaps in the funnel — from content to interest, interest to conversion, and conversion to demo.
Messaging & assets: You create and optimize landing pages, messaging, and conversion assets to continuously improve demo quality.
Performance transparency: You define and monitor core metrics such as pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, and conversion rates across the entire funnel.
Strategic execution: You translate our vision of a “AI-driven commercial operating system” into compelling offers and hooks.
Requirements
Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and have successfully built or scaled a pipeline engine.
Analytical mindset: You think in funnels, not isolated campaigns, and focus on revenue impact rather than vanity metrics.
Hands-on mentality: You are comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Market understanding: You have experience with ICP-driven marketing (SMB / mid-market) and understand complex sales cycles.
Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English.
