About this role
Role Overview
- Manage and execute all GrailX TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns from kickoff through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and subscribers throughout TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns
- Own the success and growth of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign program, including campaign performance and subscriber value
- Coordinate communication between creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Own campaign promotion through email campaign creation, newsletter distribution, and sharing opportunities in Circle
- Track deliverables, approvals, timelines, and updates to keep campaigns organized and on schedule
- Support subscriber onboarding, activation, and engagement within TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on results and key learnings
- Work cross-functionally with the Social Commerce Team to improve processes and drive program growth
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Interest in influencer marketing, TikTok culture, and the creator economy
