Maintain an excellent understanding of the UiPath product and how UiPath Professional Services can implement the product
Define repeatable, scalable Professional Services offerings and solutions
Understand competitor landscape and talk-track around "Why UiPath Services"
Work closely with UiPath delivery partners to understand their capabilities, limitations, and support models
Partner with sales, product, partners, customer success, and other client-facing teams to sell UiPath’s services offerings to customers
Lead in the design of services packages and marketing materials used to solicit new accounts and market segments
Define repeatable best practices and SOPs for Professional Services contracts whether time and material, fixed fee, investment, or Service Credits
Help make customer’s economic buyer build a business case to purchase UiPath’s Professional Services
Coordinate external-facing Professional Services best practices, blog posts, customer success stories, and knowledge sharing
Work with account and partner teams to support partner-led Professional Services delivery, to include analysis of partner capabilities, leading customer-facing scoping, and managing the contractual process for smooth transitions from sales-to-delivery
Work with account teams to evangelize partner offerings and partner capabilities on the UiPath platform
Lead a team of Professional Services GTM Managers and support staff aligned to industry-specific verticals, supporting their growth and development
Establish repeatable processes, SOPs, and mechanisms to enhance the Professional Services GTM function.
Requirements
Strong experience leadings services sales and growth teams at an enterprise software company or for enterprise software integrators
10+ years of client-facing professional services experiences, either in services sales or services delivery
Experience leading and supervising teams of 5+ individual contributors, coaching them and inspiring them in alignment with company values
Expert communication skills interacting with VP and CxO level stakeholders both internal to the organization and external to clients
Ownership over outcomes – ability to independently problem-solve, make decisions, weigh trade-offs, and navigate through ambiguous and changing situations
A strong optimism for the future of Agentic AI capabilities and their transformative potential.
