Role Overview

• Develop channel-level strategies for clients
• Email outreach
• Compose email content
• Design email sequences using Apollo or similar tools
• Technical email setup to improve deliverability
• Filter and personalize contacts using AI
• Analyze and optimize sequences
• Google Ads campaigns
• Paid Search (SEA) keyword analyses
• Plan, set up, optimize and evaluate paid search (SEA) campaigns
• Write ad copy
• Create reports
• Conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Tracking strategies for websites
• Create analytics reports
• User funnel and conversion optimization (conceptual — no development)
• Analyze user behavior on the website
• Conversion optimization of landing pages and the website
• Draft landing page designs
• Optimize the user funnel for conversions
• Further develop channels
• Identify new trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with the project manager
• Prepare reports, analyses and documentation
• Occasional client support: participate in client meetings

Requirements

• Experience in online marketing (minimum 2 years)
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms
• Proactive, analytical mindset
• Solution-oriented thinking
• Willingness to learn; quick learner
• Open, sociable, and strong communication skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented work style
• High IT affinity
• German: preferably C1; if you're at B2, we will pay for a course if you want to continue learning
• English: business level
