About this role

Specialist account management for industrial clients in the liability insurance line
Providing specialist support to national and international clients on all contract-related and technical matters, in close cooperation with the international team
Reviewing existing policies and analyzing the current risk situation
Placement and renewal of contracts and insurance programs
Correspondence and negotiations with clients, insurers and other partners
Active support of the sales team, e.g., through customer-specific tenders and the development of tailored insurance solutions
Claims handling and coordination

Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable degree
Solid knowledge of the liability insurance line
Good knowledge of insurance market products and policy conditions
Friendly and confident demeanor
Analytical skills, persuasiveness and reliability
Customer orientation, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
