Role Overview
- Support all facets of annuity operations and work with partners
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
- Serve as a primary point of contact for field partners
- Manage escalations and ensure compliance
- Partner with various departments for product launches
- Exceed individual performance metrics
- Support day-to-day team activities and needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in the financial service industry
- Direct customer service experience
- A bachelor’s degree, preferred
- FINRA Series 6 or 7, preferred
- Knowledge of various annuity products, including fixed, variable, and indexed annuities
- Excellent phone-based skills
- Experience in field training and presenting to small/large groups via Zoom/Teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
